Adults applying for a library card must do the following:
  • Show proof of residency or work in county (ex. driver's license).
  • Fill out an information card.
  • Fill out an internet agreement form.
  • You also have the option of filling out for a video card.


Teens (14-17yrs. old) applying for a library card must do the following:

    <> Show proof of residency (ex. parent's or guardian's driver's license).
  • Fill out an information card.
  • Fill out an internet agreement form (must have a parent's or guardian's signature).


Children (under 14yrs. old) applying for a library card must do the following:

    <> Show proof of residency (ex. parent's or guardian's driver's license).
  • Fill out an information card (must have a parent's or guardian's signature).
  • Fill out an internet agreement form (must have a parent's or guardian's signature).
